Each one, started with a warm cup of tea, gentle music and aromatherapy.
Each individual treatment is crafted for you.
Before your treatment you decide what you want more of. Dedicate more time to your shoulders, feet, a facial massage or your arms.
We are a mobile massage treatment service.
We are available at your home, or accommodation in the Northern Grampians Regions.
We come to you.
Remedial Massage has a deep tissue approach that maintains a focus on a specific area.
Relaxation Massage with allow you to breathe into a space where you can relax. A more gentle approach to help you sink deeper into your body.
Each massage is paired with Gua Sha.
An ancient Eastern technique using a stone tool, lightly scraping the skin, to assist in detoxification, blood circulation and promoting movement of Qi.
What is included.
60 minutes
Back (whole back, including shoulders), upper buttocks, back and front of legs, neck.
90 minutes
As above + arms, + facial massage. Extra time will be dedicated to specific areas of choice.
To make this the most enjoyable experience for you, please let me know if you do not want treatment to specific areas.

Liana is a warmed heart, gentle yet energetic human.
Specialising in remedial massage, she comes from a neuroscience background, with a love for the holistic approach to our body.
She has always had a fond interest in Classical Chinese Medicine approaches and is a big believer in being able to shift and heal the body gradually through massage.
She created The Solar Outpost so that others can retreat and connect back to their body in this modern world and understands that change doesn’t happen overnight.
The Solar Outpost is located in the Northern Grampians (Gariwerd). We service from Roses Gap down to Stawell, across to Halls Gap, and everywhere in between.
