Breathe into a space where you can relax. Nurtured, gentle stokes, will help you slow down and sink deeper into your body to unwind.

60 minute Remedial x Relaxation
Back (whole back, including shoulders), upper buttocks, back and front of legs, neck.
90 minute Remedial x Relaxation
Back (whole back, including shoulders), upper buttocks, back and front of legs, arms, neck & face.

Fire Glass Cupping + Gua Sha
Fire Glass Cupping & Gua Sha are ancient practices that help the body come back into balance.
Fire Glass Cupping ~ $20
Utilising fire, a flame is placed briefly in a glass cup that is used to suck up the muscle.
Each massage is paired with Gua Sha.
An ancient Eastern technique using a stone tool, lightly scraping the skin, to assist in detoxification, blood circulation and promoting movement of Qi.
