By booking in a treatment with The Solar Outpost, you agree to the following:

~ Cancellations & no-shows within 48 hours without valid reasoning will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

~ Cancellations with valid reasoning will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

~ I may at anytime choose to terminate the treatment of my own accord at no charge to you.

~ If you do not have good personal hygiene then your treatment will be cancelled.

~ Gift vouchers have a 36 month expiration.
